At Bitsy's Bikinis, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided all tags and hygienic liners remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn bikini in its original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and sanitary strips are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
